Reason: When the primary claim is sent to the secondary insurance the claim gets rejected for lack of Explanation of Benefits from the primary.
Resolution:
- Edit the patient's insurance and switch the primary insurance to secondary and vice versa.
- Edit the claim by clicking on the pencil icon
- Select the correct insurance providers
- Resend the claims.
